• Hosted PBX – Business (Up to 24 Concurrent Calls, 8GB RAM, 50GB SSD, Up to 120 Users)

• Hosted PBX – PRO (Up to 64 Concurrent Calls, 12GB RAM, 50GB SSD, Up to 200 Users)

All plans include FAX to Email, 24/7 Support, and are available on a yearly subscription basis. Custom solutions are available—contact us for more details.

From there on our onboarding team will then contact your regarding which extensions and how to create the digital receptionist and IVR Features.

Custom Deployments of 3CX Development are also offered at a monthly fixed fee though our Managed Services , extra work might be additionally charged on a per hour basis of 75€+ vat / Hour.

Any additional charge will have to be approved by client in written format.

Cancellation of Service within the 7-Day money back guarantee Period:

You have the option to terminate your services with us at any time. If you cancel within the first 7 (seven) calendar days, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for your hosting service, subject to the conditions mentioned in https://www.hostingb2b.com/cancellation-policy/

Cancellation of the Service after the 7-Day money back guarantees Period:

Hosting Services will continue to be renewed until a written request for cancellation is received by the client, either by submitting a ticket to us at: billing@hostingb2b.com or by submitting a cancellation request through the https://my.hostingb2b.com portal. The notice has to be sent from the registered email address of the hosting account in our records.

Please make sure that all pending invoices have been settled in full before applying for cancellation

1. Cancellation requests for ongoing hosting services must be submitted at least 14 (fourteen) calendar days before the current service period ends; requests received any later will be considered as a cancellation of services for the next service period.
2. When an account is terminated, all copies of the website and e-mail files are permanently deleted from the servers and cannot be retrieved.
